Hi was also the winner of Mercury Gold Award at Geneva organized by IFCA. He has been an active member of International Culinary Panel of Singapore Airlines. The later also helped him to prepare Shahi Thali in the year 2006. Sanjeev Kapoor was also nominated by Indian Culinary Association Best Chef Award for introduction of Buxus obtusifolia in Indian cuisines.
