The excess water should be dried by cooking on slow flame. Heat two teaspoon oil and add chopped onion, ginger, garlic and hing. Add moong sprouts with salt according to taste and mix them properly.

Prepare chappati dough with soya powder, wheat flour and water. Stuff the paranthas with moong fillings and fry them with oil or ghee. Your moong sprout parantha is ready. Serve them hot with pickle or curry.

Spinach with Cottage Cheese

One of the popular vegetarian recipes, spinach with cottage cheese is a delicious and healthy dish. Wash the spinach leaves and discard the stems. Chop the leaves, wash them for second time and drain the water. Place them in microwave for 5 minutes. Blend flour and milk in a bowl with a beater so that no lumps are left. Add the mixture to the spinach and place them in microwave for 3 minutes. Add panir to the mixture with salt and pepper. Place the mixture in microwave for 2 to 3 minutes. Your spinach with cottage cheese is ready to be served.


Chocolate Biscuit Cake

If you are planning to give a pleasant surprise to your kids then prepare delicious chocolate biscuit cake for him. To prepare this mouthwatering dish place aluminum foil on small square glass dish or cake tin. Crush the biscuits, transfer them into a pan and add some cherries. Also add chocolate sauce, cream, almonds and raisins. Blend all the ingredients properly. Transfer the mixture into the tin and garnish them with cherries. Cover the cake tin or the square cups with aluminum foil. Put the preparation in fridge for at least 2 hours until they become hard. Remove the foil and serve chocolate biscuit cake.
